At The Safwa Collection, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and shipping to ensure transparency and clarity for our customers.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing the purchase. Please carefully review the size chart and product details before placing an order.

Defective or damaged items

The only exception to the refund policy is if an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. during high-volume periods such as sales, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Most domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Orders are shipped through USPS or other available carriers depending on availability or service.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

Returned packages

Safwa is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Customers are responsible for entering the correcting shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
